{"id":4663,"date":"2018-04-21T10:59:37","date_gmt":"2018-04-21T08:59:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/spasciani.com\/?p=4663\/"},"modified":"2018-04-21T11:12:26","modified_gmt":"2018-04-21T09:12:26","slug":"new-regulation-eu-2016425-ppe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.spasciani.com\/en\/new-regulation-eu-2016425-ppe\/","title":{"rendered":"New Regulation (EU) 2016\/425 on PPE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-4654\" src=\"https:\/\/www.spasciani.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Header-articolo-nuovo-regolamentp-4-300x64.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"750\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.spasciani.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Header-articolo-nuovo-regolamentp-4-300x64.png 300w, https:\/\/www.spasciani.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Header-articolo-nuovo-regolamentp-4.png 750w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Directive 89\/686 \/ EEC will be repealed as <strong>from April 21st 2018<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Starting from this date,<strong> SPASCIANI <\/strong>will manufacture and place on the market<strong> all the PPE<\/strong> of the respiratory tract <strong>according to Regulation (EU) 2016\/425<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>All<\/strong> the <strong>PPE <\/strong>manufactured by<strong> SPASCIANI <\/strong>are of<strong> category III<\/strong>, as defined in the Annex I of the Regulation.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>PPE manufactured by Spasciani will not undergo any changes<\/strong>, being already complex design devices for the previous Directive:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the type-examination certificates will remain valid, as well as the harmonized reference standards for certification (in the <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/IT\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX:52018XC0327(01)\">Official Gazette<\/a> 2018 \/C 113\/04 the harmonized standards in force for the Regulation are listed)<\/li>\n<li>Modul D Certificate \u2013 Production control, will be issued as from 21 April 2018.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The PPE will be provided with the updated instructions for use reporting the references to the Regulation.<\/p>\n<p>The declaration of conformity will be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0attached to the PPE itself or<\/li>\n<li>available for download from the website www.spasciani.com, as indicated in the instructions for use supplied with the product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The PPE purchased <\/strong>and certified with<strong> the old Directive 89\/686\/EEC may continue to be used until <\/strong>the natural<strong> expiration date of the device<\/strong>, if and where indicated by the manufacturer.<\/p>\n<p>For any request, please contact your Reseller or Spasciani Customer Service, by sending an email to <a href=\"mailto:info@spasciani.it\">info@spasciani.it<\/a> or calling the phone number +39 02 9695181.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Directive 89\/686 \/ EEC will be repealed as from April 21st 2018.
